Safety Standards & Child Safety Policy

Last Updated: June 2026

At MemoPer, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety and security for our users. This page outlines our safety practices and standards to ensure a secure experience for everyone who uses our application, including our child safety standards policy.

1. Data Protection & Privacy

Local-Only Storage: Your saved people, linked contact details, notes, and memories are stored on your device. MemoPer does not sync that app data to a MemoPer server.

No Cloud Sync: Your data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to export or backup using your device's native capabilities.

2. User Safety Measures

No User Interaction: MemoPer does not enable user-to-user communication or interaction. This eliminates risks associated with online interactions, cyberbullying, or inappropriate content from other users.

Age-Appropriate: The app contains no advertisements, in-app purchases, or external links that could expose users to inappropriate content or unexpected charges.

3. Child Safety Standards Policy

Zero Tolerance for CSAE: MemoPer has a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or any behavior that exploits or endangers children.

No Sharing or Messaging: MemoPer does not provide user profiles, public feeds, comments, direct messages, media uploads, or any other feature that allows users to publish content or contact other users through the app.

Reporting and Enforcement: Child safety concerns can be reported through our support page. We review reports promptly and, where applicable, remove or disable violating content, restrict access to related services, preserve relevant evidence, and take action necessary to protect users.

Designated Child-Safety Contact: Developer Daniel Grijuela can be contacted directly at support@memoper.com for child safety reports. Please include "Child Safety" in your message so it can be prioritized.

Law Enforcement Cooperation: We report confirmed or suspected CSAM/CSAE to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or appropriate law enforcement when required or appropriate, and cooperate with valid legal requests.

4. Content Guidelines

MemoPer is designed as a personal relationship management tool. Users have complete control over the content they create. The app itself does not generate, suggest, or display any content that could be considered:

5. Security Features

Device-Level Security: MemoPer relies on your device's built-in security features (PIN, password, biometric authentication) to protect your data from unauthorized access.

No Remote Access to App Data: MemoPer does not sync user-created app data to MemoPer servers or provide remote access to that data. Network use is limited to the services described in our privacy policy, such as scrubbed crash diagnostics and support forms.

6. Compliance & Standards

MemoPer is designed to comply with:
